Located in Norfolk and serving all of central Virginia, the Cornerstone is an apartment-based Independent Living Program through In My Corner Mentoring, serving young adults ages 18-21. Through supportive housing, mentoring, life skills development, and connections to Tidewater Tech and other vocational programs, we help participants build the foundation for a stable, self-sufficient future.
